Generation zur Vorbeugung von tiefer Venenthrombose und Lungenembolie (PE), die durch DVT verursacht werden. Anders als bei intermittierender pneumatischer Kompression (IPC) und Kompressionsstr\u00fcmpfen beginnt mit der Anwendung von NMES eine neue \u00c4ra der TVT-Prophylaxe.<\/p><p>Das DVT-A-Ger\u00e4t verwendet die Technologie der neuromuskul\u00e4ren elektrischen Stimulation (NMES), um den gemeinsamen Nervus peroneus zu stimulieren. Dieses Ger\u00e4t stimuliert die neuromuskul\u00e4re Kontraktion kontinuierlich und rhythmisch, f\u00f6rdert die Flexion des Sprunggelenks und erm\u00f6glicht den Muskeln, aktiv Blut zu pumpen, um die Blutversorgung der Venen, Arterien und der Mikrozirkulation der unteren Extremit\u00e4ten zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig wirkt das NMES-Ger\u00e4t fibrinolytisch und kann mit Heparin synergistisch wirken.
