Como prevenir a trombose venosa profunda antes e depois da cirurgia?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6cc79ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6cc79ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os pacientes precisam aprender a realizar exerc\u00edcios de membros inferiores na cama para evitar co\u00e1gulos sangu\u00edneos. Os 6 pontos a seguir devem ser observados:<\/p><p>(1) Exerc\u00edcio precoce: O per\u00edodo de repouso no leito por 1 a 2 dias ap\u00f3s a cirurgia \u00e9 um per\u00edodo com alta incid\u00eancia de trombose venosa profunda. Portanto, ao acordar da anestesia, o paciente deve come\u00e7ar gradativamente a exercitar os membros inferiores. O exerc\u00edcio precoce pode ajudar a promover o bom fluxo de sangue venoso nos membros inferiores, evitando assim a ocorr\u00eancia de trombos.<\/p><p>(2) Levantar-se cedo da cama \u00e9 uma medida favor\u00e1vel para prevenir a trombose venosa profunda. Sair da cama pode promover a circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea por todo o corpo e acelerar o fluxo sangu\u00edneo, evitando assim a ocorr\u00eancia de trombos.<\/p><ul><li>Primeiramente, a enfermeira orientar\u00e1 o paciente a sentar na beira da cama com as pernas ca\u00eddas;<\/li><li>Depois que o paciente se acostumar e n\u00e3o sentir tontura, palpita\u00e7\u00e3o e outros sintomas, voc\u00ea pode se abaixar e ficar ao lado da cama, segurando a cama com as m\u00e3os para garantir a seguran\u00e7a;<\/li><li>Depois que o paciente se acostumar, ele pode come\u00e7ar a andar gradualmente.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span>A fim de garantir a seguran\u00e7a dos pacientes, os familiares s\u00e3o solicitados a se deslocar ao solo apenas quando estiverem por perto. Se voc\u00ea sentir tonturas, pernas fracas, palpita\u00e7\u00f5es e outros desconfortos, informe a equipe m\u00e9dica imediatamente. Certifique-se de prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o: os pacientes precisam aumentar gradualmente a quantidade de atividade de acordo com sua pr\u00f3pria for\u00e7a f\u00edsica.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">(3) Durante o repouso p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rio, a equipe m\u00e9dica tamb\u00e9m fornecer\u00e1 aos pacientes bombas de press\u00e3o infl\u00e1veis intermitentes ou novos equipamentos ENMS (consulte nosso DVT-A) para ajudar a prevenir a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de trombos.<\/p><p>(4) Os pacientes tamb\u00e9m podem usar meias el\u00e1sticas (meias el\u00e1sticas, n\u00e3o meias), que s\u00e3o divididas em v\u00e1rios tipos devido \u00e0 diferen\u00e7a de gradiente de press\u00e3o. Por favor, use-os sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de um m\u00e9dico.<\/p><p>(5) O m\u00e9dico respons\u00e1vel pelo paciente tamb\u00e9m administrar\u00e1 medicamentos injet\u00e1veis ou anticoagulantes orais de acordo com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica; use-os sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00e9dico.<\/p><p>(6) Por fim, durante o repouso p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rio, o paciente e seus familiares devem ficar atentos aos seguintes pontos:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. Ap\u00f3s a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os familiares n\u00e3o devem massagear ou amassar as pernas do paciente para evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pequenas tromboses. Ap\u00f3s a massagem, o trombo cair\u00e1 e causar\u00e1 embolia no cora\u00e7\u00e3o, c\u00e9rebro, pulm\u00f5es e outras partes.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. Tente n\u00e3o se sentar de pernas cruzadas ou cruzadas na cama e evite colocar travesseiros sob a fossa popl\u00edtea. Essas a\u00e7\u00f5es afetar\u00e3o o retorno venoso das extremidades inferiores, aumentando assim o risco de trombose.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c. Beber mais \u00e1gua n\u00e3o s\u00f3 ajudar\u00e1 a diluir o sangue, melhorar a condi\u00e7\u00e3o do sangue e promover a circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea, mas tamb\u00e9m diluir o escarro e ajudar a expelir o catarro.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">d. Os pacientes podem mergulhar os p\u00e9s em \u00e1gua morna todos os dias para promover o retorno do sangue aos membros inferiores, e cuidado para evitar queimaduras!
